Welcome to the new web-based AVETMISS Validation Software

The USI transcript update tool is now available for adding or updating 2024 AVETMISS activity.

NCVER will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, re-opening on Friday, 2 January 2026.

If you would like to take advantage of our call back service, you are welcome to leave a message on 1800 649 452 (or email your enquiry to support@ncver.edu.au) and we will respond when we reopen.

During the above period, you can continue to access the NCVER Portal and all self-service options will be available.

All requests are processed in order of receipt and will be responded to within two working days.

NCVER’s AVETMISS Validation Software (AVS) is a web-based data file validation and submission system used for providing data to the National VET Provider, National VET in Schools, and National Apprentice and Trainee Collections.

RTO Registrations

RTO registrations within AVS are available between 8:45AM – 4:00PM Mon – Fri, Adelaide time.

You may wish to subscribe to our Data Support Bulletins which provide the latest information on classification and validation rule updates as well as collection dates for submission of data direct to NCVER.
