Welcome to the AVETMISS Validation Software

NCVER's AVETMISS Validation Software is a web-based data file validation and submission system for providing data to the National VET Provider, National VET in Schools and National Apprentice and Trainee Collections.

If this is your first time using the validation software you will either need to register or have the appropriate person, within your organisation, setup your account.

Christmas shutdown and 2018 annual reporting

NCVER's offices will be closed from Monday, 24 December 2018 and re-open 8:45am ACDT Wednesday 2 January 2019. AVS will still be available during this time.

The submission window for 2018 annual (Jan-Dec) reporting will be opened from 2 January 2019 and support staff will be available from that day onwards from 8:45am–5:00pm ACDT.

Review our latest updates for a recap of changes that affect your 2018 reporting. Data can be validated now in preparation for submission from 2 January 2019.
