Primary Contact	The Primary Contact: - is the key contact person for the organisation. - is responsible for the accuracy of data submitted to NCVER on behalf of the training organisation, including data submitted by a Data Submitter (see role description below). - has the authority to perform all functions in AVS (i.e. validate and submit data, create and maintain users roles and submit USI transcript updates and lodge Nil Returns). - will receive email notifications whenever data has been submitted for their organisation. Organisation Administrator	The Organisation Administrator can maintain users for their training organisation. Once registration has been processed, multiple Organisation Administrators may be assigned within an organisation. The Organisation Administrator listed in the organisation's initial AVS registration will be automatically set up with rights to validate and submit data and submit USI transcript updates and lodge Nil Returns.
